<p>Pasta-Saucen müssen nicht immer zwangläufig mit Italien zu tun haben. Die Puten Paprika Sauce mit Mais ist so eine Nudel-Sauce. </p>



<p>Die Sauce mache ich jetzt seit ca. 30 Jahren immer mal wieder, leider fällt mir die Quelle nicht mehr ein. Es war in einer Zeitschrift von Anfang der 90er. Das Rezept hab ich bereits schon mehrfach auf diversen Seiten gefunden. Allererdings scheint es als ob es noch nie jemand, wirklich, gekocht hat.</p>



<p>Dort wird davon geschrieben mal soll die Putenstreifen in der Erdnussbutter anbraten. Das habe ich noch nie geschafft!<br>Die Erdnussbutter verläuft nicht und verbrennt eigentlich nur, was auch eigentlich logisch ist, da die Erdnussbutter zu 96% aus Erdnüssen besteht.</p>



<p>Deshalb wird hier die Erdnussbutter als würzenden Zutat verwendet und zum anbraten normale Butter. Natürlich könnt ihr auch ein neutrales Öl verwenden.</p>

<p>Die Puten Paprika Sauce mit Mais schmeckt mit allen Nudelsorten, persönlich finde ich allerdings das die Sauce mit Spagetti am besten harmoniert.</p>



<p>Ich verwende dann gerne die No. 5 von Barilla die sind nicht zu dick und nicht zu dünn. </p>

<p>Dieses Sandwich ist in meiner persönlichen Hall of Fame, wenige Zutaten aber lecker. Das <strong>Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich</strong> ist schnelle gemacht und punktet durch den herzhaften Geschmack, krosses <strong><em>Baguette</em></strong> und den geschmolzenen Käse.</p>



<p>Um das <strong>Sandwich </strong>zu machen müsst ihr nicht unbedingt am Grill stehen, Herd und Pfannen in eurer Küche sind ebenso geeignet. Dem Geschmack tut dies keinen Abbruch. </p>



<p>Das <strong>Rezept </strong>ist auch einfach abzuwandeln. Fügt Rote Zwiebeln hinzu, welche ihr mit dem Paprika anbratet oder nehmt roten Paprika dazu, für mehr Farbenspiel. Auch muss es nicht Cheddar Käse sein, versucht es mit einem herzhaften Bergkäse.</p>
