<p>Ein super leckeres Rezept Hähnchenbrust in Sahne-Sauce mit Zitrone und Knoblauch, das von mir sicher öfters gekocht werden wird. Die Kombination von Zitrone und Knoblach ist einfach fabelhaft.</p>



<p>Beim Erstversuch gab es Basmati-Reis dazu, denn ich erst mit Butter leicht angeschwitzt und dann erst das Wasser zum kochen hinzugefügt habe.</p>

<h3>Knoblauch Hähnchen mit Gemüse</h3>
<p>Zutaten:</p>
<p>2 Hähnchenkeulen, geteilt</p>
<p>250g geschälte Baby-Karotten</p>
<p>250g rote Kartoffeln (es gehen auch normal kleine)</p>
<p>1-2 Knoblauchzehen</p>
<p>2 Teelöffel Petersilie gehackt</p>
<p>4 Teelöffel Brauner Zucker</p>
<p>Salz und Pfeffer</p>
<p>1  Packung Ranch Dressing Pulver</p>
<p>etwas Olivenöl</p>
<p>Zubereitung:</p>
<p>Backofen auf 200° C vorheizen</p>
<p>Hähnchenkeulestücke mit dem Braunen Zucker würzen, 1 Teelöffel pro Teil, gut einmassieren.</p>
<p>Hähnchen, Karotten und Kartoffeln auf einem Backblech oder entsprechendem Geschirr verteilen, nicht stapeln.</p>
<p>Mit dem Olivenöl beträufeln, den gehackten Knoblauch drüberstreuen und mit Pfeffer, Salz und dem Ranchdressing (alternativ Zwiebelpulver) würzen.</p>
<p>In den Backofen schieben und ca. 40 min backen bis der Zucker leicht karamellisiert ist.</p>
<p>Aus dem Ofen nehmen und mit gehackter Petersilie bestreut, servieren.</p>
