<p>Für heiße Sommertage gibt es fast nichts besseres als einen Wurstsalat zum Essen. Ganz egal ob klassisch, Wurstsalat nach Elsässer Art oder andere Variationen, z. B. mit Paprika. Ein Wurstsalat klassisch ist schnell gemacht und günstig. Der einzigste &#8222;tricky&#8220; Teil ist die Salatsauce. Mit dieser steht und fällt der Geschmack. </p>



<p>Spart hier nicht an der Qualität der Zutaten, ein guter Essig sollte es mindestens sein. Beim Öl scheiden sich bestimmt die Geister, ich nehme ein neutrales Raps- oder Sonnenblumenöl. Ihr könnt aber auch mit dem Öl experimentiereren, nehme mal ein Erdnuss- (ist auch recht neutral im Geschmack) oder mal zu Teilen ein anders Öl z. B. Walnuss- oder Kräuteröl.</p>
