<p class="has-medium-font-size">Die eingemachte Tomaten sind vielfältig verwendbar. Kalt als Belag für Bruschetta oder zum Salate verfeinern. Frisch zubereitet, vom Grill oder aus dem Backofen, einfach direkt unter heiße Pasta mischen. Sie eignen sich auch super als Beilage zu Gegrilltem. Du kannst sie auch in Reispfannen zum Verfeinern verwenden. </p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Der Fantasie, wie man mit den eingemachte Tomaten einsetzen kann, sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Ich verwende Sie auch gerne in einem Couscous Salat, durch die wunderbar Würze wird der Geschmack des Salats zusätzlich damit intensiviert.</p>

<p>Die Pilze sind schnelle vorbereitet. Einfach die Champignons putzen und die harten Stielenden etwas zu kürzen. Anschließend kannst du alle Zutaten für die Marinade gut vermischen.</p>



<p>Danach kannst du die Pilze in eine Schüssel geben und sie mit der Marinade übergießen. Vermische alles gut miteinander, sodass alle Pilze von der Marinade bedeckt sind. Lasse die Champignons über Nacht im Kühlschrank durchziehen. Wenn es schnell gehen soll, reichen auch zwei bis drei Stunden.</p>



<p>Stecke die marinierten Champignons auf Spieße. Je nach Größe der Spieße sollten etwa 4-6 Champignons auf einem Spieß Platz finden. Grill die Spieße bei mittlerer, indirekter Hitze für 10-15 Minuten. Wende die Spieße dabei gelegentlich, damit sie von allen Seiten gleichmäßig gegrillt werden und eine dunkelbraune Farbe annehmen.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Blumenkohl vom Grill ist ein wahrer Genuss, wenn man ihn mit diesem Rezept zubereitet. </p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Die Röschen des Blumenkohls werden mit etwas Olivenöl beträufelt, damit die Würzung aus Salz, Pfeffer sowie das Maismehl gut daran haftet, bevor sie auf den Grill gelegt werden. <br>Dadurch erhält der Blumenkohl eine knusprige Textur, die sich wunderbar mit dem zarten Inneren des Gemüses vermischt.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size">Das dazugehörige Dressing aus Ahornsirup, Zitronensaft, Sesampaste und Dijon-Senf rundet den Geschmack des gegrillten Blumenkohls ab. Es verleiht ihm eine gute Senf-Note, die perfekt zu den knusprigen und würzigen Aromen passt und ihn zum passend Begleiter von Rinder- oder Schweinesteaks macht. </p>

Das Ergebnis ist ein Gericht, das voller Geschmack und Textur ist und dadurch der Hit auf jeder Grillparty wird.</p>
