<p>An kalten Tagen ist eine kräftige Gulaschsuppe ideal, um wieder Energie zu tanken, sie wärmt von innen und gibt dir ein behagliches und zufriedenes Gefühl.</p>



<p>Die Gulaschsuppe ist definitive ein herzhaftes und wärmendes Gericht und eine köstliche Spezialität, die ihren Ursprung in der ungarischen Küche hat. <br>Der Eintopf wird traditionell mit saftigen Rindfleischstücken, Zwiebeln, Paprika, und Gewürzen zubereitet. </p>



<p>Die Ursprünge der Gulaschsuppe gehen auf die Hirten in den ungarischen Puszta-Steppen zurück, die dieses nahrhafte Gericht über offenen Feuern gekocht haben. Heute ist sie jedoch in vielen Ländern beliebt und hat zahlreiche Variationen erfahren.</p>



<p>Gulaschsuppe erfreut sich besonders an kalten Tagen großer Beliebtheit, da sie nicht nur den Magen wärmt, sondern auch die Seele. Die kräftigen Aromen, welche aus dem Schmoren von Rindfleisch, Zwiebeln und Paprika resultieren, verleihen ihr eine tiefe, beruhigende Wirkung.<br>Die Zugabe von Gewürzen wie Paprika und Knoblauch geben eine angenehme Schärfe und Tiefe, die die Geschmacksknospen in Wallung bringt und den Körper von innen aufwärmt.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Das Gulaschfleisch</h2>



<p>Da Gulaschfleisch in der Regel geschmort wird, musst du beim Einkauf nicht darauf achten, ein besonders zartes Stück aus der Keule zu nehmen. Durch den Garprozess des Schmorens wird das Fleisch auch zart und weich. Es muss sich nicht um Rinderhüfte oder Steak-Fleisch handelte. <br>Denn genau für von Natur aus weniger zarte Fleischstücke hat man das Schmoren sozusagen erfunden.</p>

<p>Es darf gerne ein Stück vom Bug sein, wie vom sogenannten Dicken Bug, wenn du eher mageres Fleisch bevorzugst. Rinder Nacken/Hals ist auch eine gute Wahl, da dieser durchwachsener aber auch schmackhafter ist. Die Gulaschwürfel sollen nicht zu groß sein, damit das Garen sich nicht unnötig in die Länge zieht.</p>



<p>Willst du die Würfel nicht selbst schneiden bitte den Metzger deines Vertrauens die Würfel für dich in die gewünschte Größe zu würfeln.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Das Gemüse für die Gulaschsuppe</h2>



<p>Für meine Gulaschsuppe verwende ich in der Regel Paprika(ein &#8222;Must&#8220;), Karotten und Kartoffeln. Zusätzlich noch Zwiebeln und Knoblauch.<br><br>Es steht dir und deinem Geschmack völlig frei, auch weiteres Gemüse zu verwenden. Sellerie-Würfel oder auch Lauch in Ringen. Beachte nur die Garzeit der Gemüse, gibt diese nicht zu früh in den Topf. Denn je länger das Gemüse gegart wird, desto mehr verliert es seine Nährstoffe, </p>
